At Eloria Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed return authorization form.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
